Reed Deshler AlignOrg Solutions: is a seasoned organization design and change management practitioner with both corporate and consulting experience. He is a co-author of Mastering the Cube: Overcoming Stumbling Blocks and Building an Organization that Works, a guidebook. Clayton M. Christensen, professor at the Harvard Business School calls this book, “a great step-by-step manual on defining and changing the design of your company.” Prior to co-founding AlignOrg Solutions, Reed held OD roles with Farmland Industries and Humana. Reed has worked with leaders in top organizations including GE, 3M, Rolls-Royce, Hertz, Cisco, Abbott Laboratories, General Mills, Syngenta, Tyco, and Honeywell to clarify strategy, align organization choices, and manage change. Reed holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University.
Joel Martinez Amazon: is a Human Resources executive with diverse industry experience. He currently provides HR leadership for the Retail Systems division at Amazon. He previously held roles at Red Ventures, Capitol One, Citi and Honeywell International. Throughout his career he has focused on excellence in Human Resources and lead significant efforts focused on change management and culture/values development. Joel was named Diversity MBA magazine Top 100 MBA graduates under 50. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and psychology and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Eva Milko Americas for Procurement Leaders: is the Managing Director of a global membership network, serving senior procurement and supply chain executives from major worldwide corporations, providing independent procurement intelligence, professional development and peer-to-peer networking. In this role, Eva is leading the rapid expansion of Procurement Leaders in the Americas market. Eva is a tenured procurement, supply chain and change management professional, her career spanning over two decades of contributions to procurement progress at Motorola, 3Com Corporation, Coors Brewing Company, Molson Coors and SABMiller. She is an advisor on change management and transformation programs, a published author and a regular contributor to Procurement Leaders magazine. Eva holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and industrial management from Northern Illinois University.
Akil Walton HR Executive: is a senior Human Resources executive who has held leadership roles in Fortune 100 companies. In his most recent role as Senior Director, Human Resources for Apple, Akil provided strategic and Human Resources services to almost half of the Apple employees worldwide. Prior to joining Apple, Akil held Human Resources leadership roles at Aleris, Eaton and Bayer. Akil holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Bowling Green State University, a master’s in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of New Haven and a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Capella University.
Hal and Baadrea Bagley Elevate2Lead: are the co-founders of a consulting practice focused on taking leadership to a higher level™. Together Hal and Baadrea work with their clients to integrate professional relationships with organizational changes to achieve heightened personal and organizational success. Prior to starting Elevate2Lead, Hal worked in high tech companies which lead to the successful sale of one of those companies to Lockheed Martin here he remained as a Vice President in the Space Systems Division. Baadrea’s career has focused on providing counseling services for individuals in crisis.
Their distinct and different career paths, give Hal and Baadrea an unique perspective as they work with clients in start-up and high growth organizations. Baadrea holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology and criminal justice and a master’s degree in clinical counseling from the University of Colorado. Hal holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado.
Lisa Fry Newmark Knight Frank: is a real estate Executive Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank. Prior to this role, she held senior roles with Cushman Wakefield and CBRE. Lisa’s commercial real estate career has spanned the globe with experience in Asia, Europe, North and South America. Previously she was Sr. Managing Director for CBRE / RBC Bank, Senior Vice President and Principal with American Express managing their global portfolio and Chief Operating Officer with Bank of America in their outsourced Real Estate Departments for CBRE managing 50+ million square feet. Lisa is an advisor to the Board of Directors of Bridging Freedom, a Safe House for young girls who have been trafficked. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cambridge College.
Joseph Logan O-1 Leadership Development: is the founder and he works with executive teams in early-stage and fast growth companies focused on aligning team performance, optimizing for team size, building decision velocity and cutting meeting time frequency. Joseph’s work is based on the idea that “there is the seed of something extraordinary in every leader and team.” Prior to beginning his coaching and consulting practice, Joseph held senior leadership roles at AstraZeneca and Hilton. He has also been an adjunct professor at Boston and American University. Joseph received his bachelor’s degree in technology management from University of Maryland College Park and his master’s in organization development from American University.
Scott Wine Polaris Industries Inc: is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman and is a recognized leader in the power sports industry. As the leader of Polaris, Scott has grown the company’s revenue and market share significantly. Prior to leading Polaris, Scott held domestic and international leadership roles at United Technology, Danaher and Honeywell International. Scott began his career as a Naval Officer and served as a Supply Officer on the USS Lewis B. Puller. He serves as an Independent Director of Terex Corp., and U.S. Bancorp. Scott received his bachelor’s degree in economics and French from the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland.
Jo Lynne Whiting The Women’s Leadership Foundation: is an international business leader with experience as an officer of a Fortune 100 company. She is an advocate for more women on Colorado Boards through her Board role as Vice Chair of The Women’s Leadership Foundation of the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She is Past President of Beyond our Borders and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Population Connection. Jo Lynne has an MBA from University of Colorado at Denver with an emphasis in Marketing and a B.A. degree from Texas Wesleyan College with an emphasis in English and Math.
Liane George United Launch Alliance: is the Vice President of Human Resources for two of the launch industry’s most experienced and successful teams—the Lockheed Martin Atlas and Boeing Delta teams. In this role, she is responsible for directing all human resource operations including talent acquisition, organizational development, payroll, benefits and HR systems. Liane began her career with the General Motors Corporation in 1985 and has held numerous domestic and international positions in both privately-held and publicly-traded, multibillion-dollar manufacturing, technology and service/solutions corporations include Sierra Nevada Corporation and Lockheed Martin Corporation. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from State University of New York at Oswego and her master’s degree in human resources from the University of Pennsylvania.
